This project features an 800 sq.ft. outdoor kitchen/structure that is finished to entertain. The kitchen was placed to provide privacy while enclosing the rear yard to create a large courtyard effect. The materials and style were borrowed from the house to create unity both inside and out. Inside the kitchen you will find reclaimed pine beams, pine ceilings and accent walls, copper farm sink, granite countertops and cabinetry finished to provide an old world feel.

Two 1500 cfm blowers and a stainless steel hood wrapped in wood allow the kitchen to breathe, and the cook to grill up whatever he desires. A full size fridge, ice maker and microwave complete the kitchen area. The open floor plan allows the kitchen area to seamlessly blend into the sitting area where a wood burning fireplace anchors the room. The audio visual system includes a 60” tv, (4) 10” ceiling mounted subwoofers and all necessary components to operate it from the touch of a button.

Filling the interior courtyard space is a 1000+ sq.ft. organic free form pool with multi-level water features, raised spa and over 2000 sq.ft. of stone deck and patio space. The pool includes multiple seating ledges and a large tanning ledge at the entry. Lush landscaping and lighting help to provide scale and balance to the hardscape.
